Originally from London, UK, Gemma moved to New York in January 2008. A few months later and only after she had visited every attraction in the city, she started working full time as a real estate agent.

Gemma’s personal experience as a naive renter in the fast paced and sometimes scary New York rental market gave her the ability to empathize with her clients. In her first week looking for her own apartment, she saw every different type of bad broker behavior, so made it her goal to be the total opposite! Honesty and good communication are the key and Gemma will not rent you an apartment she wouldn’t live in herself.

Gemma has found apartments for clients all over Manhattan, but specializes in the Financial District.
